We guarantee delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered within 60 days, simply email us your order number — we’ll issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned include:

Flammable liquids or gases

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
